Q: How to turn on/off the vibration mode?

A: You can long press the button lights to make sure the light is in power-on status, then short press the vibration button on the remote to turn off/on the vibration mode. (When the light shows green, vibration is on; Shows Blue, vibration is off)

Can the remote turn on/off the strobe lights?

Yes, long press the button on the light, make sure the light is in power-on status, then you can long-press the function button to turn on/off the lights.
When I first use the lights, the light is not bright enough.

To protect the battery, These lights are not fully charged when manufacturing. So please charge these strobe lights before first use.
What is the vibration function?

In vibration-on status, the light will be turned off if it is placed without sensing vibration for more than 15 seconds. If the light senses vibration within 2 hours, it will be on again.
Why the remote can not turn on the lights?

Firstly, please make sure the light is in power-on status(long press the button on the light), then you can try to long-press the function button to turn on the lights.
Why after 2 hours the lights disconnect and I have to turn them on making the remote useless?

Because the vibration function is on(the vibration mode is enabled by default when you first use the lights ). In this case, you can turn the lights on and press the vibration function on the remote to turn off the vibration mode.
